How we support your practice

For Estate & Elder Law Attorneys

As a trusted advisor to your clients, you manage the complexities of their estate and elder law. However, when a health transition or senior living decision arises, the human complexity of aging can introduce disruption that even the most sophisticated estate plans did not anticipate.

Saar Advisory acts as your specialized partner, providing residential placement expertise and white-glove family advocacy to ensure your clients transition into senior living with the same standard of excellence with which they have lived. We connect the residential planning layer to the broader wealth and estate picture — working alongside you, not across from you.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Care needs documentation support

When your clients are navigating guardianships or healthcare proxy proceedings, we can assist by gathering and organizing observable care needs information — such as current living situation, daily support requirements, and residential placement history. This factual documentation may serve as useful context for your legal work. We do not perform clinical assessments or provide opinions on legal capacity, which remain the domain of licensed medical and legal professionals.

Urgent residential placement coordination

When a client's circumstances change rapidly and a residential transition becomes necessary, we move quickly to identify and secure appropriate RCFE placements. This allows you to remain focused on the legal protections your client needs, while we manage the residential logistics — from identifying suitable licensed facilities to supporting the family through the move-in process.

THE SAAR ADVISORY STANDARD — OUR PARTNER PROTOCOLS

  • We operate under NDAs and maintain the same standard of discretion you apply to your own client relationships. The sensitive nature of elder care transitions demands nothing less.

  • We provide regular, concise reporting to the lead advisor to ensure the residential "aging plan" remains in sync with the estate plan. Our role is additive — we complement your work, never duplicate it.

  • Our loyalty is to the family. We maintain full transparency regarding our compensation structure so there is never a conflict of interest in our placement recommendations. Our referral fee arrangements with facilities are disclosed to all parties, consistent with NPRA best practices and applicable California law.
